"Loyalty points that really test your loyalty"
I signed up for their loyalty programme thinking it might actually be worth bothering with. Silly me. The points build up so slowly that you’d think they were being hand-delivered, and when I finally looked at the rewards, there wasn’t much I’d actually use.
Trying to see what I’d earned in my account was another little adventure, and the staff didn’t seem too sure either. So in the end, it feels like a whole lot of effort for the exciting reward of basically nothing.
"Pretty disappointing milkshake"
I got a milkshake and it was kind of a letdown. It tasted watery and flat, like they maybe don’t use enough ice cream or mix it too thin. If this is how they usually make them, I’d probably skip it next time because it didn’t feel worth the price

"Convenient spot, but I’d keep expectations modest"
I mainly stopped in because the location is really handy for me, close to the shops, easy to find, and simple to fit in after running errands in town. From that point of view, it’s a safe choice if you’re already nearby and just want somewhere quick to pop into.
The desserts were fine, not bad at all, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. It was a bit busier than I expected, and the wait felt longer than I’d planned for, so I probably wouldn’t risk making a special trip unless I had extra time. I’d consider going again if I was in the area, but I’d keep my expectations realistic.
"Why was I charged extra??"
I was charged more than I expected, and the bill didn’t look right at all. I’m still waiting on my refund, so it’s been frustrating. How long is this supposed to take??

"Not really the birthday experience I was hoping for"
I booked this for a birthday, so I was hoping it would feel at least a little bit special, but it just didn’t. The table wasn’t ready when we arrived, which wouldn’t normally be the end of the world, but because it was for an occasion it started things off on the wrong note. The service also felt rushed, like they were trying to move us along rather than letting us relax and enjoy the meal. Nothing was exactly terrible, but the whole atmosphere just felt kind of flat and not very celebratory. The desserts were fine, probably the best part, but even then they weren’t good enough to make up for the stress and disappointment. I’d maybe come here for a regular meal, but I wouldn’t pick it again for a birthday or anything important

"Felt a Bit Rushed and Disappointed"
The dessert tasted fine, but the presentation was disappointing. The plate looked rushed and nothing like the photos, and I kind of felt pressured to just accept it and move on even though it wasn’t what I expected.

"waited way too long"
we ended up waiting ages for our order, which was frustrating. by the time it finally arrived, the whole experience had already felt a bit disappointing

The desserts tasted really good and the delivery was totally fine, but for the price I kinda expected a little more. The portions were okay, just not the best value in my opinion. I’d maybe order again, but probably only as an occasional treat.

I was going to try Heavenly Desserts and was actually excited, but honestly—well, maybe not even i just got fed up, there was basically nowhere to park nearby. I drove around for ages, thinking I’d eventually find a spot, then just gave up in the end. Bit frustrating when all you wanted was a dessert.

"Booking was a total mess"
Tried booking a table on Heavenly Desserts and it was such a pain. The site kept freezing, and when I finally managed to pick a time, I never got a proper confirmation or anything. I called the store and they couldn’t even find my booking, which was so frustrating. Ended up just going somewhere else in the end. For a dessert place, it really shouldnt be this hard to book a table...

"Helpful at first, but kind of frustrating"
I reached out to get an issue sorted, and while the team seemed friendly enough, the replies were slow and didn’t really help much. I guess they were trying, but at the same time it felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

"Dessert was okay, but the service really put me off"
I stopped in for dessert because a friend of mine had mentioned the place before, but the vibe was disappointing. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there, no smile, no hello, and it kind of felt like I was bothering them just by ordering. I asked a quick question about the menu and the answer was short and came off a bit rude. The food itself was fine, nothing terrible, but the unfriendly service definitely left a bad impression. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to go back

"Different branch, different experience"
I’ve tried a few Heavenly Desserts branches now, i don’t know if it’s just me, but the experience feels really hit and miss depending on where you go.
At one branch, the waffles were lovely and the service was quick, so I left thinking it was worth the price. But then I ordered pretty much the same thing at another branch and it came out a bit cold after a long wait. The portions didn’t feel the same either, which is frustrating when it’s not exactly cheap.
The staff have usually been polite enough, so I’m not saying it’s all bad. I just feel like the consistency needs work, because surely if you’re paying the same prices, you’d expect a similar experience at every branch, right? I’d definitely go back to some locations, but there are others I’d probably avoid.

"Not Great for Vegan or Dairy-Free Options"
I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, but I really struggled to figure out what was actually vegan or dairy-free. The menu didn’t make it very clear, and when I asked the staff about allergens, they didn’t seem totally sure either. For a dessert place, I feel like that information should be easy to find these days. I ended up barely ordering anything because I just didn’t feel confident about it. Disappointing, honestly.

"Felt like a bait and switch"

"Pretty nice spot, but getting around was weird"
I liked the place overall, it had a nice vibe and the staff seemed friendly. But the wheelchair access was kind of frustrating. There was a ramp, so that part was fine, but once inside the tables felt really tight and awkward to move around. Not terrible, just annoying, and also I guess it was still a decent visit.

"Too small for the price"
I ordered a couple of desserts and they tasted fine, but the portions were tiny. It felt like just a few bites and then it was gone. For what I paid, I was expecting a lot more, and I still wanted something else afterward. If they were cheaper I might feel differently, but at that price, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Not really family friendly"
I went with my kids and left disappointed. It just didn’t feel like the place was set up with families in mind at all. When we asked where we could put the buggy, the staff seemed a bit annoyed, which made things feel awkward right away.
There also wasn’t much space around our table, so once the kids got restless, I felt like we were in everyone’s way. The desserts were okay, but the whole experience wasn’t relaxing, and I wouldn’t choose to go back there as a family.

"I’ve tried stopping by after work a couple..."
I’ve tried stopping by after work a couple of times, but the opening hours just don’t really work for me. Either it’s already closed earlier than I expected, or the times online aren’t clear enough. For a dessert place, I’d politely say it would be nice if it was easier to pop in later in the evening. It’s a bit frustrating, to be honest, and I ended up going somewhere else instead.
